There are many times when we want our text to be displayed all in a single line. That is, without any new line (↵) in the text. The text can be from anywhere for example, it can be some Data Manipulation Query that you want to execute on some data that you have got in tabular form so now you want to remove all new lines in it so that it can be well arranged in the Query format.
Here is the trick that you need.
Step 1: Firstly, Copy your text and paste it in a MS Word document. You can use Ctrl+C for Copy and Ctrl+V for Paste.
Copy and paste the text to MS Word.
Step 2: Press Ctrl+H, “Find and Replace” dialogue box will appear on your MS Word Documents screen.
Step 3: Here type “^p” (without quotes “” of course).
In MS Word “^p” represents "Paragraph Mark". So we are using "^p" here to remove paragraphs. You can read more about it here.
Step 4: Leave the “Replace with field” as null/blank.
In the "Find and Replace" box, Enter "^p" and click "Replace All".
Step 5: Click “Replace All”.
